Our Staff

Belinda has been working in education for over 30 years.  She taught for 20 years in the Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools and Forsyth County Schools as a middle grades ELA teacher.  While teaching Belinda organized her own non-profit, Innovative Learning, Inc. to provide out-of-school time programs, like afterschool, summer camp and tutoring, so that children would have additional opportunities and support to keep learning year-round.  As time has progressed, Belinda now runs her own Title 1 Tutoring sites in various private schools as a Curriculum and Instructional Support Specialist.
